The experience will also be totally modular, meaning individual players can choose which specific parts of Skyblivion to include in their game.
The goal is to port and rebuild all of Oblivio n's Cyrodiil into both Skyrim and Skyrim: Special Edition. TESRenewal wants the finished product to be completely free to those who own both Oblivion and Skyrim with both games' DLCs (a requirement for the mod). Skyblivion's development officially started in 2012. Skyblivion is a fan driven, volunteer effort to remake an entirely free version of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion in Skyrim's game engine.
